How will I get the course content for a distance learning course?
The course content shall be sent to you on your email address every week / fortnight depending upon course to course. Practice sheets & tests may also be sent on emails from time to time upon completion of modules.
What if I have some doubts or queries in understanding certain concepts of the course?
There shall be telephonic doubt clearing session on phone from time to time. You can also contact us freely by email or phone.
How will the examination be conducted?
Classroom course students will appear for examination at the academy’s premises under supervision of our staff.
Distance Learning Course students shall have to appear for a written online examination.
When will I get to know about my results?
The examination sheets shall be evaluated by respective experts and candidates shall be intimated about their results within 7 days from the date of examination.
When & how will I get the certificates?
Certificates shall be sent by post. Certificates are usually sent within 7 days after announcement of result.
What if I don’t pass in the exam?
If you don’t pass in your exam you shall have another chance to reappear in exam. You can attend an online counseling session and shall have to pay for examination evaluation fee which is currently INR 2500/ USD 40.
How can I verify my certificate?
All certificates issued by us can be verified here.
What are the modes by which payment of fees can be made?
You can make all fees payment online. Alternatively you can also make payment by electronic bank transfer or cheque.
Can I visit in person for counseling or to pay fees if I want to join a Distance Learning Program?
Institute has limited manpower and space which is meant only for classroom course students. Distance Learning Program students should pay fees on the site or through cheque or other electronic means such as bank transfer. We do not offer counseling services to Distance Learning Students in our premises. For counseling & queries they should contact us on phone or email.
Are the fees refundable?
No.
Can I convert a Distance Learning Course into a Classroom Course?
Yes but only in the initial stage of the course viz. within 7 days.
What is the difference between a free course and a paid course?
You get what you paid for.
Are examination paper checked by Computer?
No. Our online examinations don’t involve objective questions. Every examination paper is evaluated by human expert rather than computer.
Do you provide an open certificate like others?
It’s true that most Online courses institutes provide an open certificate on email which means your name is not printed on the certificate. At NTA, whenever a candidate completes the course successfully, the order is sent to our printer for printing of their certificates with their name, enrolment number & marks sheet etc. and then your package is readied in damage free packaging & and shipped to the address of correspondence via courier. We offer basic as well as premium certificates.
Do you assist in placement?
Our courses include job search and free career building information. Besides all our students have unlimited access to our career counseling services.
Your course has so many inclusions and the fees are incredibly low? Do you even make a profit?
We allocate your fees only on important overheads which are of real substance instead of maintaining large premises & unnecessary manpower which do not add any real value to skill or knowledge of students. Our courses are currently offered on close to actual operating cost. We make a small profit too to keep the lights on. 🙂
